Functional lab testing

We obtain laboratory test results on your behalf and provide a holistic, nutritional interpretation for you to use as an educational tool. Your doctor may use the same results to diagnose and treat disease, but we do not. We are not responsible for identifying any medical condition or disease, as that is not the purpose of our services.

No guarantees

Every person is different, and we cannot predict how you will respond to any change, product or approach. We do not guarantee any particular results.

Products and supplements

We may share information about products or supplements we believe could be helpful. This is for education and is not an endorsement. We do not dispense or prescribe prescription products. If you choose to use a product, you do so at your own risk.

HIPAA and insurance

We are not a covered entity or a business associate of a covered entity under HIPAA. We are unable to provide diagnosis or billing codes for insurance purposes.

Client agreement

Clients sign a Terms of Service Agreement before starting the Total Health Transformation Program. That agreement, including payment and refund terms, governs your participation in the program.
