We share information only as needed to provide our services, for example with testing laboratories that process your samples, our scheduling tool, and our payment processor. These companies have their own privacy policies. We may also share information if required by law.

HIPAA and confidentiality

Southeastern Holistic Medicine provides education and wellness support. We are not a covered entity or a business associate of a covered entity under HIPAA, and your information is not covered by doctor-patient confidentiality. We still make a reasonable effort to protect the health information you share with us.

Text and email

Text messages and regular email are not secure channels. Please use them for quick questions only, and share lab results and detailed health history during your sessions.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or to stop sending you emails, at any time by contacting us.
