For items provided by Southeastern Holistic Medicine: we always strive to ensure we provide you with the exact products you ordered, either in-person or via phone or email. If you received an item in error which has been unopened, please contact us so that we may make arrangements to provide you the correct item and accept your return.

If you wish to return previously ordered items for any other reason, please consider the following items before contacting Southeastern Holistic Medicine:

In the future, SHM may serve pediatrics. However, for now, SHM serves adults 18 and above.

Opt Out:

Upon receipt and processing of an “opt out” request, SHM will, within a commercially reasonable amount of time, remove your information from any future unsolicited marketing communications and advertisements. You agree that the parties shall settle any claim or dispute relating to these Terms by binding arbitration in Summerville, SC under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these Terms, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
